Join us for our Annual Men's Retreat, led by well known Christian speaker and educator, Dr. Mark Strauss. Mark will provide a Bible centered perspective on “Relationships & Reconciliation”, subjects every man has or will struggle with during their life. There will be plenty of Christian fellowship and outdoor fun at the 40 acre, oak covered, Rancho Viva, as we celebrate God’s creation and learn from His word.
Our speaker: Dr. Mark Strauss
Mark L. Strauss has a Ph.D. in New Testament from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, and is a professor of New Testament theology at Bethel Seminary, San Diego, where he has served for 15 years. Dr. Strauss is a frequent preacher at San Diego area churches and has served in three interim pastorates. He is the author of many books and articles and is a frequent speaker in churches and conferences. Dr. Strauss has served on the NIV's Committee for Bible Translation since 2005.
Dr. Strauss is married to his wife Roxanne; together they have three children. He enjoys attending his children’s soccer games, reading, and golfing when he gets a chance.

Weekend Options:
Saturday only:7:30 AM to 9 PM Saturday - includes all meals and refreshments.
Saturday/Sunday: 7:30 AM Saturday to NOON on Sunday - includes Saturday meals and breakfast and communion celebration on Sunday.
Travel: We will meet at the Church parking lot at 7:30 am SHARP on Saturday, April 26th and carpool to the ranch. To coordinate transportation and carpooling please contact Gordy Lutes at 619-222-3989.
Cost: $50.00, which includes all meals, refreshments and materials.
What to Bring: Bible, notebook, hat, jacket, hiking/walking shoes, and a sleeping bag (if staying overnight) and a great attitude!!!
