Beginning in September, we will be studying 1 Corinthians in the worship services to guide us in a deeper understanding of unity. In a world where we are becoming evermore polarized, our unity, in the context of our diversity, is God’s greatest desire. Now more than ever the Church has a responsibility to be bridge builders and peacemakers in our community.
In September through Choosing Unity Workshop we will learned how to ask curious questions that encourage sharing as well as skills to listen well as we seek to understand. We hope that everyone who attended will continue to grow in unity with those around them in their everyday lives as we put what we learned into practice.
Visual artists from our church community have created unique, original pieces of artwork to express the concept "Choosing Unity." Artwork will be on display int he chapel through October.
