Senior Adult Ministry offers enriching fellowship and educational opportunities that nurture the spiritual, social, intellectual and physical wellness of mature adults in the Point Loma and Peninsula area.
Monthly Luncheons with Entertainment
Every 2nd Tuesday, Doors open at 10:30am, music begins at 11:00am. Lunch served at noon ($5 donation at the door). RSVP requested by the Friday before event.
Monthly Health & Educational Lectures
Every 3rd Wednesday at Noon in the Family Life Center. In partnership with SHARP Senior Health Resource Center and other community agencies.

Gentle Exercise Class
Wednesdays at 9 am in the Family Life Center. In partnership with the Ryan Family YMCA.
Other Offerings
Occasional outings in the church van.
Home visits, telephone support and referrals to resources for seniors and their families as needed.
