Collect toys on the four Sunday's leading up to the annual store on the second Saturday of December.

Brick Youth Leader - High School

Come connect with high school students and support our youth director during Sunday youth group.

Children’s Worship Volunteer

Assist staff members in leading activities with students during children's worship.

• Weekly: Sundays, 8:45am-10:15am or 10:15am-11:45am

Make & Take Crafty Consultant

Make & Take is our event series where we gather to make a unique craft. Assist determining the craft for Make & Take events, getting needed supplies, and helping at the event.

• Quarterly: 2 hours, Thursday evening or Saturday morning + 2-4 hours of planning

Flower Arranger

With a partner, select and arrange flowers for Sunday. These flowers will also be delivered to community members after they are enjoyed on Sundays.

• 3-4 Friday or Saturday mornings a year

Prayer Quilt Ministry Volunteer

Sew quilt tops, put quilt kits together, pray monthly for quilt recipients, or join in fellowship at our monthly meetings. Volunteers can chose which aspects of the prayer quilt ministry they would like to participate in.

• Monthly: First Saturday of the month 9:00am-3:00pm

Christmas Decorating Team

Decorate our worship and fellowship areas for Christmas.

• Annually: 1 Saturday in November

Red Brick Christmas Facilitator

Red Brick Christmas is our our family-friendly Christmas event full of crafts, cookie decorating, and Christmas fun. Volunteers lead one of several craft tables or make and donate Christmas cookies.

VBS Build Day Coordinator

Responsible for planning the themed decor for four spaces, gathering all materials, and leading volunteers during the build day.

Family Jam Host

Prepare sandwich fixings, greet guests, and serve at our monthly family fellowship lunch.

• Monthly: first Sunday of the month, 11:00am-12:30pm (pauses durning summer)

Preschool Coffee Greeter

Greet families and let them know about things happening around campus as they drop off their preschoolers.

• Weekly: 8:00am-9:20am on a week day

Usher

Greet worshipers, hand out bulletins, provide assistance during the service, collect offering, and clean pews after the service.

• Every Sunday for one month followed by three months off

Hospitality Team

Help with all-church events (cooks, sous chefs, decorators, servers, dishwashers, greeters, shoppers, etc.)

• 2-4 hours at time of event or special project

Memorial Guild

Help set up, serve, or bake cookies for memorial receptions that are held at our church.

• 2-3 hours when a memorial is scheduled

Men's Ministry Event Planning Team

Help plan and oversee men's ministry events like Prayers & Pints fellowship nights and the annual Men's Retreat.

• 1-2 hours every other month

Senior Luncheon Kitchen Team

Prep, cook, and serve lunch at senior luncheons.

• Monthly: Tuesday, 11:00am-1:00pm

Greet and check-in senior luncheon attendees as well as collect donations.

Set the tables and decorate the room for the senior luncheon.

Choral Ensemble Singer

Sing in a Choral Ensemble.

• Monthly: Sunday, 8:00am-10:00am, first Sunday of the month

New Covenant Choir Singer

Sing in the New Covenant Choir.

• Twice a week: Thursday, 7:00pm-8:00pm and 3 Sundays a month 8:00am-9:30am

Children's Choir Volunteer

Help children rehearse their scripts and supervise them during children's choir practice.

• Monthly: Thursdays, 4:00pm-6:00pm, during the school year

Worship Band Member

Play guitar, drums, or other instruments, or sing at either the Sanctuary or Chapel worship service.

• Monthly: 1-2hrs Sunday mornings

Online Worship Band Member

Use your musical gift to lead worship for the online community.

Easter Choir Singer

Sing in the choir during Easter Services. Rehearsals take place over the 10 weeks leading up to Easter on Thursday evenings.

• Weekly for 10 weeks before Easter: Thursdays, 7:00pm-8:00pm and Easter

Christmas Concert Choir Singer

Sing in the Christmas Concert Choir at the beginning of December. Rehearsals take place over the 10 weeks leading up to the concert on Thursday evenings.

Sunday Morning Greeter & Flower Deliverer

Greet our community on Sunday mornings at the front entrance of the sanctuary. After the service, deliver flowers to select members.

• Every 6-8 weeks: Sundays, 8:30 am-11:00am

Greeting Card Writing Team

Write and send cards to members in need of a little cheer, thinking of you, get well, congratulations or sympathy.

• Monthly: Friday, 12:00pm-1:00pm

Camera Operator

Operate a camera during filming or livestream events. No experience required.

• Monthly: Sunday, 12:00pm-2:00pm

Media Assistant

Assist the media team with displaying graphic slides and streaming video.
