The Director of Operations oversees the overall functioning and business operations of the church and Preschool in collaboration with the Senior Pastor and Finance, Personnel, and Facilities Ministry Teams. This position serves as the Lead Staff for Mission Support, providing strategic leadership for long-term budget management as well as daily church operations.

Nursery Childcare Worker
The Nursery Childcare Worker is responsible for assisting the Director of Children and Family in providing supervision and assistance with children ages 0-11 Tuesday and/or Thursday mornings.

Preschool Assistant Teacher
PLCPC uses techniques of emergent curriculum and play-based learning to promote social and emotional development. The children are also permitted to guide their learning to promote a lifelong love of education. The Preschool Assistant Teacher is responsible for ensuring a warm, nurturing, safe, and loving educational environment for children ages 2-Pre-K within the context of PLCPC’s broader mission
