October 7 - Praying in Color
Join Spiritual Director Lynn Ziegenfuss and Pastor Karla to learn a new creative way to communicate with God. Based on the book by Sybil MacBeth. If you are a "visual or kinesthetic learner, a distractable or impatient soul, or a word-weary pary-er," this workshop is for you.
October 14 - Discovery Your Creativity
Artist and author Marie Chapian will help you stimulate the parts of your brain that produce creative thinking and activity. Includes fun hands-on exercises to help discover your real creative God-given potential. Workshop will involve art and movement.
October 21 - Laughing on Purpose
Stand up comedian Michael Jr. will "push you to laugh until your face hurts while inspiring you at the same time." DVD of Michael Jr.'s act will be shown in the Family Life Center, followed by a fun roundtable dialogue.
